Papaya Global supports all 3 types of global employment options.

Global Payroll – Full payroll processing service in countries where clients have an entity, including 3rd party payments (IRS, national insurance, pension scheme, etc.), local tax filing assistance, customized payroll ledger.

Global Contractor Management – End-to-end service for companies with 50 contractors or more. Available as either full, comprehensive contractor management or just the approval and cross border payment process. 

Employer of Record – For clients without a local entity in country where it wants to hire. Papaya’s EoR serves as the official employer, handles all back-end workforce management, and assumes employment liability. The client directs the employees in day-to-day tasks. 

Payroll 

Our global payroll and payments platform is SaaS-based and does not require any on premises installation.

Fixed, competitive, transparent pricing

Fees – $20 for payroll (where the company has an entity in the local country), $770 for EOR (where the company does not have an entity in the local country), $25 per contractor 

Fixes – Fees are charged at fixed rate per employee, per month, not as a percentage of earnings 

Volume discounts – the larger the workforce, the less it costs per employee
